SSA Cache Card replacement Procedure

1) To Check the Cache Battery Status

# ssa_fw_status -a ssa(x)

2) Check the powered-on hours for the battery and if it is nearing the battery life we have to replace the battery.

Fast write cache size: 32
Expected battery life: 22000
Powered on hours: 20000
Battery state: Active

3) Once the battery is replaced in the cache card, run the following command to reset the battery counter.

# ssa_format -l ssa(x) -b

4) Now check the status of the Cache card.

# ssa_fw_status -a ssa(x)
